Job summary

Indegene Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to manage digital data operations across website interactions, social media, and email channels, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery to stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with analytics, product, and IT teams to implement cloud-based data architectures on AWS and Azure, oversee ETL processes with tools like Alteryx and Databricks, and drive automation to boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting or IT supporting Enterprise Data Warehouses & BI solutions on cloud.
• Experience with data maintenance from schema mapping to quality assurance.
• Experience designing and developing cloud-based data solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Experience managing data warehouse projects using ETL tools like Alteryx, Databricks, Python, etc.
• Understanding operations and business process management and achievement-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations of digital data - website interactions, social media, email, tag management, data lifecycle for all customers
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness for stakeholders
• Work with technology, data models, APIs, platform and system architecture to ensure smooth operations
• Manage paid digital ad strategy, including placing ads, tracking, optimizing, and reporting ad performance
• Collaborate with across teams, business leads, and information owners to ensure effective business operations, SLA Adherence and alignment to market needs.
• Create and maintain SOPs for business/IT processes
• Managing release cycles for data/platform enhancements of commercial data processes
• Focus and drive efficiencies and automations to enhance business processes to drive operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for handling Operations of digital data - website interactions, Social media, Email, etc, tag management, data maintenance from creation to end of life for all customers
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and management of processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data for stakeholders
• Working with technology, data models, APIs, platform and system architecture to ensure smooth operations
• Manage paid digital ad strategy, including placing ads and tracking, measuring, optimizing, and reporting ad performancea
• Collaborating with across teams, business leads, and information owners to ensure effective business operations, SLA Adherence and alignment to market needs.
• Create and maintain SOPs for business/IT processes
• Managing release cycles for data/platform enhancements of commercial data processes (including intake, storage, processing, translating, and integrating with internal and external systems)
• Focus and drive efficiencies and automations to enhance business processes to drive operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics

• Data maintenance and management experience required with a strong grasp of digital asset management from schema mapping, metadata enrichment to quality assurance
• 0 to2 years of experience in designing and developing cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure
• 0 to 2 years of experience in managing data warehouse projects using ETL tools like Alteryx, Databricks, Python, etc
• Experience in Operations management and cross-functional dependent work.
• Understanding of operations and business process management, methodologies, and principles clearly demonstrating achievements against the business needs
