Job summary

The role emphasizes operational excellence, capacity delivery, and continuous process improvements across multiple sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety standards while optimizing cost.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of data centre experience, or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing teams of technicians and engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise.
• Delivering capacity to existing Data Centres
• Helping build and bring online new Data Centres
• Constantly improving all processes and procedures
• Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors
• Liaising with internal teams & management groups
• Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all Data Centres
• Creating and maintaining metrics on all aspects of Data Centres and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes
• Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management
