C.A. Hull LLC in Commerce Township, MI is seeking a Structural Fabricator for our shop. You will fabricate finished metal products, follow blueprints to layout, fit, and weld components to meet specifications, and assist with assembly after painting.

The ideal candidate is an AWS D1.1 certified welder, able to operate a forklift and cranes, and comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Experience welding to AWS D1.1 standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs accurately.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
• Follow blueprints to layout, fit, and weld components to spec.
• Calculate material measurements to verify specs.
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.
• Assemble products after painting as needed.
• Operate in compliance with safety protocols; pre-employment checks apply.
