Job summary

Veriipro is looking for a highly skilled AWS Conversational AI Tech Lead in Cincinnati to create and implement innovative AI-driven conversational solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience with AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, and other AI/ML technologies to lead projects.

Responsibilities include leading the deployment of conversational AI pipelines, mentoring team members, and applying AI algorithms for optimization. Strong programming knowledge in Python and experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, are essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, and other AI/ML services, coupled with strong programming and data science expertise. You will lead end-to-end implementation, integrate microservices, and leverage Generative AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AWS conversational AI pipelines using AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, Polly, Transcribe, Translate, S3, Kendra, RAG, QnA, and Q Business.
• Build and integrate Lambda functions and AWS service endpoints for real-time applications.
• Apply AI/ML algorithms, including NLP techniques, for model training, tuning, and optimization.
• Design and implement microservices for conversational agents and AI applications.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and Flask APIs, with experience in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Utilize Generative AI technologies effectively and demonstrate expertise in prompt engineering for improved AI responses.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices and AWS implementations.
