Job summary

Cloud Security Web is seeking an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Cloud services, and enterprise contact center technologies, and will be able to troubleshoot and support production environments on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, configuring, and supporting Amazon Connect environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience with IVR, ACD, call routing, and contact center workflows.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of AWS serverless services and cloud integrations.
• Experience working in enterprise or financial-services environments.
