Job summary

CIS Secure, through its Intrepid Solutions operating company, is hiring an AWS Cloud / Virtual Infrastructure Technician to deploy and sustain enterprise AWS infrastructure for NASIC. The role emphasizes Windows/Linux administration, AD, scripting, and automation within a secured enterprise environment.

The position is 100% onsite in the Dayton, OH area with opportunities to grow into cloud automation and IaC across established security controls and change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure and VM experience.
• Experience administering Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Knowledge of AD and domain-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, administer, and troubleshoot AWS EC2 and WorkSpaces on Windows and RHEL.
• Automate VM provisioning and config with Ansible.
• Administer Active Directory and domain auth.
• Manage Windows/Linux with AWS Systems Manager.
• Support NFS/SMB with EFS and FSx.
• Troubleshoot using TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, SSH, LDAP.
• Develop admin automation with PowerShell and Bash.
• Monitor systems and document configurations.
