Job summary

Goldbelt Nighthawk is hiring a Technical Cloud Solution Architect to support a long-term contract in Mechanicsburg, PA. The selected candidate will provide support and mentorship in the engineering and sustainment of an AWS-centric cloud brokerage, with emphasis on cloud architecture, DevSecOps, IaC, containerization, Zero Trust, and AI.

Ideal candidate will need strong experience with cloud architecture, SAFe, and governance across large multi-account AWS environments, IL4/IL5 constraints, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
• CompTIA Sec+ (IAT-2) qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years in DoD/FEAF/ATO/Zero Trust and large cloud environments.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on Secure Computing Architecture and Cloud Brokerage services.
• Lead SAFe practices in cloud workflows and services.
• Mentor government personnel and enable rapid issue resolution.
• Incorporate RMF/NIST SP 800-37 across cloud services.
• Ensure secure cloud design and cost/operational impact are evaluated.
• Draft architecture decision records and security posture documentation.
