Job summary

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems, coordinate with L2/L3 teams, manage deployments and code pipelines, and generate operational dashboards using Splunk and Datadog.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS services and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Linux administration and scripting proficiency.
• Log analysis with Splunk/Datadog and SSL certificate management.
• Agentic AI and Gen AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for cloud-hosted apps on AWS.
• Monitor, incident manage, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability.
• Handle deployment releases and CI/CD pipeline issues with coordination across teams.
• Analyze alerts, logs and metrics to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Generate dashboards and incident reports for post-event reviews.
