Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS, Python or Go, and Linux foundations. The role requires autonomous work to solve complex problems and align with team architecture. The position is in a hybrid environment with potential office work in San Antonio, TX.

Candidates should have strong infrastructure as code experience, Kubernetes management, and solid scripting abilities, with a focus on security and DoD/government standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering or Software Development experience with Python or Go
• Hybrid work environment; ~2 days per week in San Antonio office
• U.S. citizenship and security clearance process will be pursued

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture for software from prototype to production
• Define, build and manage virtual infrastructure in the cloud using IaC tools
• Integrate open-source components to address complex problems
• Collaborate with Architects and team on broader strategic goals
