Qualifications

• 12–18+ years of IT delivery or program management experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional cloud migrations.
• Strong AWS services knowledge and on-premises-to-cloud migration experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional migration POD for multiple app migrations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-migration stabilization.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess architecture and dependencies.
• Develop migration blueprints covering target architecture, strategy, and rollback.
• Coordinate with client owners and internal teams to secure approvals.
