Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Migration Engineer to support the Cloud team in migrating applications and data to the cloud, focusing on AWS Government environments. The role involves deployment, maintenance, and collaboration with security to ensure client requirements are met, with a significant onsite component.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms and storage, plus an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical experience with databases, storage and networks on one or more cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/VMware/Oracle Cloud).
• 60% onsite work requirement.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud.
• Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies.
• Assist the Cloud team managing resources deployed in the AWS cloud environment.
• Assist cloud engineers through environment deployment and maintenance operations.
• Design, deploy and maintain AWS Government environment and coordinate with security team to meet client requirements.
