Job summary

Innovative Solutions seeks a Cloud Engineer to join our Managed Services Team. You will design and support AWS cloud environments for clients, implement security best practices, and collaborate on technology roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with EC2, VPC, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, and Well-Architected reviews. On-call rotation and cross-functional collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AWS Cloud experience or an Associate's degree in CS/IT.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, RDS, and networking.
• Familiarity with Well-Architected Framework and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, support, and optimize AWS cloud solutions for clients.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS networks using VPCs and Direct Connect.
• Architect and deploy AWS infrastructure for business apps using EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3.
• Ensure security and compliance with IAM, GuardDuty, and Security Hub.
• Provide on-call support and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Maintain runbooks and automate tasks with CloudWatch, Systems Manager.
• Collaborate with TAMs and customers on cloud strategy and roadmaps.
