Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on AWS Cloud Data Engineer in Piscataway, NJ to build and improve cloud-based data solutions, analytics pipelines, and reporting capabilities.

You will work with Databricks, Spark, Python, AWS Lambda, S3, MongoDB, and Power BI, collaborating with developers, analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role based in New Jersey with a base salary of $110,000-$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience building and supporting data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) and serverless or event-driven integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support scalable data pipelines using Python, Databricks, PySpark, and AWS.
• Build ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes for diverse data.
• Create and maintain Databricks notebooks, jobs, and workflows for optimal performance.
