Job summary

Openkyber in San Diego is seeking a Principal AWS Cloud Architect for a 6-month contract to lead enterprise-grade AWS architecture initiatives. You will design scalable, secure cloud solutions and guide teams through migration and modernization efforts.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on AWS experience across Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3, plus strong expertise in CloudFormation/CDK and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of experience in AWS Cloud Architecture and large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Extensive hands-on with serverless, event-driven and microservices architectures on AWS.
• Proven experience with DynamoDB, Aurora Serverless, RDS and S3.
