Job summary

Pyramid IT Consulting is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise AI/data solutions using Databricks and AWS.

You will lead end-to-end AI/ML and data architectures, integrate GenAI capabilities, and collaborate with data and ML engineers, as well as business stakeholders.

This role emphasizes architecture standards around security, governance, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Solutions/AI/Cloud Architect in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on Databricks and AWS architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with GenAI/LLMs or ML solution architecture preferred.
• Security, governance, and data integration knowledge for enterprise use.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and data architectures using Databricks and AWS.
• Define scalable cloud, data, and AI solution architectures aligned with business needs.
• Architect Databricks Lakehouse solutions (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, workflows).
• Utilize AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, EKS, Redshift, and SageMaker.
• Lead GenAI/LLM and ML solution architecture and integration efforts.
• Establish architecture standards for security, governance, scalability, and cost.
• Collaborate with data/ML engineers, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and data architectures leveraging Databricks and AWS.
• Define scalable cloud, data, and AI solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Architect Databricks Lakehouse solutions, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Databricks workflows.
• Leverage AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EKS, Redshift, and SageMaker as appropriate.
• Drive GenAI/LLM and machine learning solution architecture and integration.
• Establish architecture standards around security, governance, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills
