Schedule: AWS Shift | Friday - Monday | Four 10-Hour Shifts | 2:00 PM-12:30 AM

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hour (including shift differential) /hour, based on experience and skillset

A Day in the Life

Your day may start with preventive maintenance inspections, equipment checks, and responding to maintenance requests throughout the facility. You'll work alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues, replace worn components, complete repairs, and help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

Requirements

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school training or maintenance-related coursework.

Physical Requirements
