AAUW is seeking an Awards Associate to provide critical programmatic and administrative support to its fellowship and grant programs. The role focuses on championing women’s advancement in STEM and other fields where they are underrepresented, promoting equitable access to opportunities for academic advancement, and reducing debt burdens for women.

The Awards Associate will support the full awards lifecycle and contribute to systems administration and stakeholder engagement.
