Career Center at Portland State University seeks an Award Acceptance Manager to lead SPA’s award review, negotiation, and acceptance process. You will supervise a team of specialists and ensure compliant, timely handling of sponsored awards and related agreements.

You will collaborate with campus partners, apply federal regulations, and drive process improvements to support PSU’s research mission. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Award Acceptance function for SPA’s sponsored awards and related agreements.
• Supervise Grants & Agreements Specialists and review, negotiate, and accept sponsored awards.
• Draft and execute subaward agreements and document award information for institutional stewardship.
• Lead operational improvements and ensure compliance with sponsor requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with SPA leadership and campus partners to strengthen research administration services.
