Harry Meyering Center, Inc. is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to help individuals stay safe and supported during the night. The role involves monitoring health, responding to needs, and providing compassionate, person-centered care in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake locations.

Typical shift is 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, with paid training and benefits. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid US driver’s license, pass background checks, and be willing to

Job Purpose

Harry Meyering Center (HMC) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You'll monitor health and safety, respond to individual needs, and provide compassionate, person-centered care. This role is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining valuable experience in the human services field.

Pay & Perks

• $18.00 per hour base pay
• Additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked on awake overnight shifts

Schedule: Typically,11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. Location: Multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake.

What do we need from you?

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier unless otherwise noted.
• Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
