Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP, Voice of Client Programs to drive client-centric insights through surveys and analytics. You will design and deploy Medallia surveys, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years leading the design of awareness, adoption and value delivery programs.
  • 3+ years' experience using Medallia survey platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, business needs, and client insight requirements.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy surveys in the Medallia platform to support business goals.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics that translate feedback into actionable insights.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High general business acumen demonstrated through a bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience, or MBA (or other relevant advanced degree) and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience leading the design of awareness, adoption and value delivery programs.
  • 3+ years' experience using Medallia survey platform

  • Strong organizational, change management, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, and execute strategic plans.
  • Experienced self-starter who can manage projects independently
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Pay Range

$86,829.00 - $144,715.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
