Job summary

Bank of China USA is seeking an Assistant Vice President to own ALM sub‑processes, perform peer reviews and balance sheet analytics, and support ALCO reporting and governance presentations. The role involves ECM, product pricing alignment, and regulatory reporting coordination with HO and regulators.

Responsibilities include asset-liability analysis, periodical reporting, data quality, and project management across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, economics, mathematics or other related fields is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 4 years of work experience in financial management and reporting, coordination and project management; and knowledge in banking products.
• Expertise in reporting and reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate and project manage with both internal and external counterparties.
• Deep understanding on the regulatory compliance in US banking industry.
• Bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Asset and Liability analysis and optimization and contribute to ECM KPIs reporting.
• Coordinate ERA department self‑assessments, RCSA framework, and data stewardship tasks.
• Assist in remediation of audit results and vendor oversight across TRY and HO.
• Support ALCO Secretariat administration and prepare budgets for HO and branches.
• Liaise with recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews for interns and consultants.
