Job summary

Atlantic Group in Boston is seeking a Senior Treasury Leader to manage liquidity, forecasting, and funding across investment funds, ensuring sufficient capital for deal closings, repayments, and distributions.

You will coordinate deal funding, wire transfers, FX settlements, and intercompany transfers while optimizing cash balances and implementing automation and AI to improve processes. You will mentor junior staff and uphold SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Investment Operations.
• Experience with complex fund structures, deal funding, liquidity management, and payment operations.
• Strong understanding of settlement risks, internal controls, and wire fraud prevention.
• Proven experience improving processes through technology and automation.
• Treasury Management System and banking portal experience required; Hazeltree, BMS Everest, or Advent Geneva preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
• Experience reviewing junior team members' work preferred; formal management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and cash forecasting across investment funds, ensuring sufficient funding for deal closings, loan repayments, and distributions.
• Coordinate deal funding, wire transfers, FX settlements, credit facility activity, collateral movements, and intercompany cash transfers.
• Execute and review payments, ensuring accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and appropriate fraud prevention measures.
• Optimize cash balances and yield strategies across investment vehicles.
• Oversee cash reconciliations and maintain accurate data for internal reporting.
• Drive Treasury process improvements, workflow automation, and AI implementation.
• Lead enhancements to Treasury Management Systems and related data infrastructure.
• Partner with internal teams, banking partners, fund administrators, and external service providers to resolve issues and support transactions.
• Maintain audit and SOX compliance, including control documentation and testing.
• Review junior team members' work and provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship.
