Qualifications

• 15+ years required experience in product management, with agile development background.
• Experience leading large product management teams in healthcare or similar industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional product teams and collaborate with business leaders and IT partners.
• Grow and develop the product management team and foster agile practices.
• Drive OKRs, KPIs and data-driven insights to monitor product health.
