Job summary

KeyState Renewables, LLC is seeking a strategic and data-driven leader for a hybrid role in Las Vegas or Denver. You will oversee tax credit investments, capital deployment, asset management, and investor reporting, aligning with ESG commitments and contractual covenants.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, IT, and external partners to optimize processes, enhance portfolio performance, and deliver timely insights through dashboards and automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Four+ years in renewable energy project finance or related field.
• Proven experience in building and presenting investor-level reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in AI tools to streamline reporting, data analysis, and workflows.
• Proficient in financial modeling and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Complete due diligence for tax credit fundings and review financial models for accuracy.
• Provide investors with documentation and analysis for review and approval.
• Manage the investor capital call process and reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and automated reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance and valuation accuracy.
• Track contracts, obligations, and performance of solar and storage assets.
