Job summary

Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company, is seeking an AVP of Stars and Quality Strategy to advance quality performance across centers. You will lead the Stars program, guide analytics, and drive improvements in HEDIS, chronic condition care, and preventive services.

The role partners with executive and clinical leaders to implement enterprise quality initiatives, track results, and promote best practices across markets. A strong background in CMS Stars and data analytics is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in HEDIS, Stars, and/or documentation with leadership in health plans or related organizations.
Proven track record of improving Stars performance and applying CMS methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to interrogate measure-level data and reconciliation reports.

Responsibilities

Lead multiyear Stars strategy to achieve 4+ Stars across payer portfolio and align with executive priorities.
Develop analyses by payer, market, and measure to inform COO and leadership actions.
Oversee dashboards, reports, and data quality across Stars and HEDIS initiatives.
Partner with field leaders to close care gaps and improve chronic condition management.
Collaborate with vendors and technology to strengthen data capture and reporting.
