Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and document post-close loan disbursements and funding per terms.
• Review supporting documentation before disbursement.
• Coordinate with borrowers, managers, attorneys, title companies, and others to resolve funding conditions.
• Maintain organized loan files and update servicing systems.
• Monitor and collect required financial documents and ensure compliance with SBA requirements.
