Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Roadway Engineer/Project Manager in Las Vegas to manage complex roadway and civil infrastructure projects. The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and support business development. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a PE license in Nevada. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, specifically roadway/transportation design.
• Licensed PE in Nevada or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for NDOT, County, RTC, or municipal clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and risk.
• Lead planning, design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects.
• Serve as primary client contact; support growth of Nevada T&I into a top tier provider.
