The ideal candidate has 10+ years in relevant financial sectors, with 5+ years of people leadership and a strong grasp of credit, market, and liquidity risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field with strong analytics.
• 10+ years in insurance, banking, asset management, or specialty finance with risk analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of credit, market, and liquidity risk in specialty finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Specialty Finance risk and analytics framework for pricing, capital, limits, stress testing, and performance measurement.
• Partner with Investment Risk and Underwriting to develop credit assumptions and models assessing losses and risk-adjusted returns.
• Establish analytics and model-risk standards for assumptions, back-testing, documentation, and monitoring.
• Define risk appetite and lead oversight through governance forums and committees.
