A leading Investment Bank is seeking a VP, Regulatory Reporting to oversee the submission of branch reports to regulatory agencies. Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A leading Investment Bank is looking for a VP, Regulatory Reporting to lead submission of the Branch reports to the FRB. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and submitting the FFIEC002, FFIEC019, FR2420, FR2644, FR2900 FR2915, TFC-1, TIC BC, BL, BQ, FR Y-10, FR Y-6, and FR Y-7
• Preparing and submitting Cayman Branch FFIEC002s and CIMA filings
• Assist with annual reports to NY State Department of Financial Services
• Assist with Broker Dealer FINRA Reporting of FOCUS, Schedule I, SSOI, OBS. FRB reporting of TIC Form S, SLT, SHC
• Prepare quarterly analytical package with trend analysis and variance summary for CFO
• Liaise and answer FRB and FINRA inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of regulatory reporting experience, preferably branch reporting experience
