Job summary

CareSource seeks an Associate Vice President, Provider Contracting, Network and Relations to lead payer and provider best practices and empower providers in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to members.

The role oversees strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of provider contracting, network, and relations to proactively support provider engagement and operational performance across Ohio and related markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in health care external stakeholder and community program support, project and program management.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ODM contractual requirements and related committees.
• Ensure alignment of provider contracting, network and relations with state/federal requirements.
• Collaborate with Ohio Medicaid and other ODM-contracted entities to support provider network.
• Monitor provider engagement and contractual performance; report results.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company regulations and health plan operations.
• Foster relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community stakeholders.
• Manage budget and financial goals for the Ohio market.
