You will set strategy for policy limits, collaborate with actuarial and claims teams, and deliver innovative product solutions while maintaining underwriting compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Middle Market or related commercial lines underwriting with 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty landscape and market trends.
• Ability to lead and partner with executive leadership to implement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present strategies for growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Loss Control, Claims, and actuarial teams.
• Oversee the design and development of line-specific enhancements.
• Manage a high-performing technical underwriting team.
• Ensure underwriting compliance with rating plans and regulatory reviews.
