As the AVP, you'll establish, sell and execute the strategic direction for the designated Life product line. You'll be responsible for product and strategy execution including product launches, product revisions and product innovations.
Reports to VP.
Education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Insurance or professional designations like Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, CPCU, actuarial designations (FSA, MAAA), etc.
Experience: 7-10 years in life insurance product/business development; demonstrated leadership.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, relationship-building, influencing, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
