Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Relationships: Reports to VP.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
License/Certification: Insurance and professional designations such as Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, CPCU, actuarial designations (FSA, MAAA), or project management certifications.
Experience: 7-10 years in life insurance product/business development with demonstrated leadership.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills: Strong technical and industry knowledge, relationship-building and influencing skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently on complex issues.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies, and experiences, may take precedence. Staffing exceptions require approval.
