Job description

The Opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to provide a market-leading and coordinated approach to product development across our Financial Lines business. Contribute to sustainable and profitable organizational growth through continuous improvement and innovation of QBE North America's product library.

* Location: New York City (55 Water Street, NYC) - Chicago, IL - Marblehead, MA - Sun Prairie, WI

* Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week

* Starting salary range: $108,000 - $203,000

Your new role
  • Oversee the product library of approved QBE North America policy forms, ensuring it is current, compliant, and competitive
  • Contribute to market-leading product development in consultation with senior management
  • Research and recommend strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and counter threats
  • Support continuous improvement strategies to position QBE North America as a technical leader
  • Develop and deliver high-quality communications regarding product development and initiatives
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain industry knowledge and leverage client relationships for market solutions
  • Manage budget resources, forecast expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility

Compensation Package

The salary range is provided above and will be determined based on role complexity, location, and candidate background. Additional benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) with up to 8% match, comprehensive well-being programs, tuition reimbursement, and community engagement opportunities.
