• 5 years of experience shipping impactful product design work in fintech or data platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience with design systems and iterative product discovery.
• Portfolio demonstrating design impact and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a user-centered design process from concept to release and iteration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify problem spaces and ship solutions.
• Communicate design work across the company to drive feedback and alignment.
• Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the design system and component library.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and lead workshops.
