Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Experience leading perioperative or cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, and executive leaders to advance perioperative performance, access, quality, safety, and financial stewardship.
• Foster partnerships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing leaders, and hospital executives to align perioperative priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve OR efficiency, throughput, resource use, and the surgical care continuum.
• Drive data-informed decision making through operational analytics and continuous improvement efforts.
• Influence stakeholders across disciplines to implement strategic initiatives and sustainable change.
