Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead physician enterprise growth initiatives, including practice acquisitions, network expansion, new site development, and practice transitions.
• Develop business plans, operational strategies, and recommendations to support growth opportunities and investments.
• Partner with physician leaders, chairs, administrators, and executives to advance priorities and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and integration of new practices, services, and operational initiatives.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams responsible for project management and operational planning.
• Collaborate with access, capacity, and clinical operations to improve patient access and provider productivity.
