Montefiore Health System seeks an AVP, Operations & Network Development within the Faculty Practice Group to lead growth, network expansion, and operational transformation across 200+ physician locations in the New York metropolitan area.
Reporting to the Vice President, the AVP will collaborate with physician leaders, department chairs, and executive stakeholders to translate priorities into action, improve patient access, provider productivity, and overall patient experience.
Montefiore Health System is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven executive to serve as Assistant Vice President (AVP), Operations & Network Development within the Faculty Practice Group (FPG). One of the largest physician groups in the New York metropolitan area, Montefiore's Faculty Practice Group is a network of more than 200 physician practice locations providing patient-centered care in the Bronx, Westchester, Manhattan, and Western Connecticut. The group covers 26 specialties and sub-specialties and serves more than 2.2 million patients annually, supporting Montefiore Einstein's mission to improve the health of diverse communities.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Network Development, the AVP will provide executive leadership for initiatives that advance strategic growth, operational performance, and the continued evolution of the FPG. The leader will oversee physician enterprise growth initiatives, including business development, practice acquisitions, network expansion, and operational transformation efforts, and will work closely with physician leaders, department chairs, unified administrators, and executive stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into action.
As AVP of Operations & Network Development, you will have the opportunity to influence the growth, transformation, and operational excellence of a leading academic physician enterprise serving more than 2.2 million patients annually across the New York metropolitan region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with physician leaders, department chairs, and senior executives to advance strategic initiatives, expand access to care, integrate new practices, and strengthen the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered healthcare across the communities we serve.
