Our organization has been a part of the Oklahoma City community for more than thirty years. We go all the way back to the fall of 1987 when Karen Cunningham founded Oklahoma Financial Center as a fee-based financial planning firm. Throughout the years, we’ve added expertise and experience with dedicated team members. In 2017, Karen’s son Porter joined the firm, bringing our team to ten members. We are seeking an AVP of Operations who will oversee daily operations to ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of client service associates, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high performance and accountability. Responsibilities include implementing and improving processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing client service. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that support the firm’s growth and long-term success.
