Job Description

Our organization has been a part of the Oklahoma City community for more than thirty years. We go all the way back to the fall of 1987 when Karen Cunningham founded Oklahoma Financial Center as a fee-based financial planning firm. Throughout the years, we’ve added expertise and experience with dedicated team members. In 2017, Karen’s son Porter joined the firm, bringing our team to ten members. Strong communities are made up of strong, confident families, and Oklahoma Financial Center offers a team-based approach to truly surround our clients with the expertise they need on their road to financial wellbeing.

We are seeking an AVP of Operations who will oversee daily operations to ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of client service associates, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high performance and accountability. Responsibilities include implementing and improving processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing client service. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that support the firm’s growth and long-term success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Associates, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee client service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of client requests.
  • Manage firm financials, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Oversee execution and completion of key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Ensure firm operations and client interactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth goals.

  • Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations
