LHH is seeking a seasoned Controller to join our dynamic client in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, showcasing a proven track record of financial management and strategic planning. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
· Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal and state regulations, and company policies
· Lead the budgeting and financial planning processes
· Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets
· Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation
· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
· Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
· Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
· Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams
· Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Advanced knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry regulations and practices
· Experience with ERP systems
