• 7-10 years of increasing management responsibility.
• Experience leading complex operational environments.
• Leadership in hospital/healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong financial and regulatory acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational leadership across Jersey City Medical Center departments.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
• Review financial performance, resource allocations, and staffing mix for efficiency.
• Ensure readiness with Joint Commission and state health regulations.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and capital planning for expansion.
• Mentor department leaders and build an accountable management team.
• Prepare executive status updates and progress reports for the leadership team.
