Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP of Payments to lead the Payments department, including Card Services and Money Movement, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives to expand member usage of payments products.

The role requires deep experience in payments operations, risk management, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years Financial Institution experience, preferably in payments spaces such as ACH, drafts, wires, card issuing and processing, and real-time payments.
• Minimum five (5) years supervisory management experience, including coaching, motivating and evaluating staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations of the Payments department, including Card Services and Money Movement.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member utilization of Apple’s payments functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
