AVP, Marketing Automation Principal Engineer

Role Overview:

This role involves managing and developing email campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on automation and process efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to implement campaigns and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize email campaigns using Content Builder and Journey Builder.
  2. Utilize dynamic content to test and improve campaigns at scale.
  3. Work with business partners to gather campaign requirements.
  4. Monitor campaigns and report on performance metrics.
  5. Partner with tech teams to enhance platform features and integrations.
  6. Support testing and quality assurance of automated programs.
  7. Apply expertise in marketing automation and HTML coding.
  8. Manage data processing and derive insights for campaign improvements.
  9. Define early-stage use-case requirements.
  10. Demonstrate problem-solving skills with attention to detail and thorough documentation.
  11. Work effectively across organizational levels, resolving issues and building relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background: University degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems; 5+ years preferred.
