Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new products or enhancements to support profitable growth for Chubb’s Accident & Health Division.
• Manage and support A&H Product Development, Implementation and Production Support functions, including state filings and policy issuance.
• Oversee and manage Implementation and Production Support team members and activities; provide hands-on support where needed.
• Establish effective relationships with internal and external customers with responsive communication and problem solving.
• Coordinate product filings and development of insurance contract language with corporate teams.
