Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union seeks an Information Security Leader to guide the design, development, and oversight of its information security program across all technologies. You will collaborate with business units to protect assets and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include governance, threat monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery planning, and building security awareness. Requires senior-level expertise and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent training.
• Ten (10) years of enterprise IT experience and five (5) years of information security experience; financial services preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, Board, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, oversight, and coordination of information security strategy, policies, standards, architecture, and risk assessments.
• Monitor threats, implement mitigating controls, and maintain SIEM capabilities.
• Direct incident response, disaster recovery planning, and audits related to security.
• Collaborate with IT and senior leadership to manage risk and report security posture to executives.
