Job summary

[Undisclosed Private Equity Firm] in Atlanta is seeking an AVP, Leasing - Asset Management to lead the full leasing lifecycle and asset oversight for a national industrial real estate portfolio.

You will direct market analysis, transactions, appraisals, and budgets while managing tenant relations and reporting. A strong Excel background and 5–8 years in industrial/commercial real estate are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of asset management experience in industrial or commercial real estate.
• Experience with leasing, transaction analysis, and due diligence.
• Proficiency in reviewing appraisals, budgets, and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full leasing process, including market analysis, comparative analysis, and negotiations.
• Lead transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions, and oversee onboarding of newly acquired properties.
• Review and approve industrial real estate appraisals and operational budgets, covering rental rates, DCF, and capital work.
• Manage industrial assets end-to-end, overseeing tenant relations, reporting, and tech platform updates.
• Develop analytical tools that provide leadership with clear portfolio insights and process efficiency.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
• Support lease administration, including maintaining tenant contacts and tracking insurance, collections, and inspections.
• Organize routine property maintenance and coordinate maintenance schedules and tenant requests.
• Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
• Oversee invoice coding for PM/AM approval and manage AP/AR activity.
