We are seeking an executive level AVP, HRBP - Academic Enterprise for our Wake Forest University School of Medicine. The AVP, HR Business Partner, Academic Enterprise supports Wake Forest University School of Medicine, the academic core of Advocate Health, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As one of the largest academic medical centers in the region, the School of Medicine is renowned for its research, education, and patient care. This onsite role aligns HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
The AVP, HRBP - Academic Enterprise works closely with business units, driving change by anticipating human capital needs, developing solutions, and fostering partnerships to deliver results.
