MultiCare Health System seeks an AVP of Hospital Operations to lead clinical, financial, and operational direction for hospital-based departments and support services. You will champion planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.

You will oversee Environmental Services, Safety, Security, Food and Nutrition, and other ancillary services, ensuring compliant, customer-focused, high-quality operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; bachelor's with relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in administering Joint Commission standards and healthcare regulation.
• 5+ years in senior management with oversight of service lines and departments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and directs programs and operations of assigned Support Services.
• Oversees planning, budgeting, contracting, and implementation of services.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and successful audits and surveys.
• Develops budgets and mentors staff to deliver high-quality services.
