The Humane League seeks an Associate Vice President of Philanthropy to lead THL's Development department’s global donor relations, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the AVP will help generate over half of THL's annual fundraising revenue and shape strategy for major, mid-level, and legacy giving programs.

Qualifikationen

• Nine years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including major gifts fundraising at scale.
• Experience managing staff and leading a team.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-net-worth donors.
