Job summary

Sagility in the United States is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) – IT Service Delivery to lead global operations across US, Jamaica, and Colombia. You will oversee End User Services, Service Desk, IT Asset & Lifecycle Management, ITSM processes, and workplace technology services.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of driving service excellence, automation, governance, and cost efficiency while delivering world-class IT support.

Qualifications

15+ years in IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global teams.
Experience leading global transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead global IT Service Delivery operations across US, Jamaica, and Colombia.
Own end-to-end service delivery performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and service scorecards.
Drive ITIL-based processes and ServiceNow adoption.
Lead governance, risk, compliance, and budget management.
